CDGT holders don't have a direct claim to the assets of the Collats DAO but are the ones that can vote for actions that should be beneficial to all the members of the Collats DAO.

CDGT Holders can voluntarily submit their tokens to be removed from the total supply.

CDGT Holders taking actions that are detrimental to the Collats DAO or its members could see their CDGTs reclaimed and their Staking Funds confiscated.&#x20;

CDGT Holders that don't vote for 5 consecutive times will lose 1 CDGT.
